Responsibilities

This role, integral to the Customer Insights team, is responsible for developing and supervising enterprise customer research, both new customized research and ongoing research, to identify valuable, actionable consumer insights that support decision making.
 
Leveraging key internal and secondary data sources to support the development of category strategy.  Key responsibilities include data generation across multiple platforms (i.e. Nielsen Retailer Track, Homescan, Precima and Feature Vision), data analysis and synthesis and the development of fact based insights used to inform category strategy.

What will you be doing?
The incumbent will assess and ensure research objectives align to the most efficient and effective research methodologies, work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement research plans and present recommendations to key stakeholders.

Analyzing and synthesizing large amounts of POS and consumer data into clear and concise insights.  Collaborating with Insight Managers and the Category

Management team to identify and clearly define category, consumer, competition and control label issues and opportunities.  As well as, developing and presenting the data in a visually compelling and clear manner.
